Product Launch Video Series: Branding & How-To
To support the launch of the first flow cytometer for rapid water analysis, I led the production of two strategic videos: a branding film featuring company founders and a practical "how-to" demo for sales enablement. I coordinated the agency, guided script development, and managed communication across teams. These videos became the most shared and viewed materials across all channels.
Customer CASE STORY & VIDEO
I developed the company’s first customer success story — from concept to final delivery. After conducting and transcribing the customer interview, I crafted the narrative, co-wrote the story with an application specialist, and personally captured on-site visuals. The video campaign generated over 20 new qualified leads, becoming a key part of our lead generation toolkit.
Customer Experience Podcast Webinar
I organized a live, podcast-style webinar featuring a customer interview on using flow cytometry for monitoring industrial cooling towers. The event highlighted the practical benefits of the technology while strengthening brand trust. I managed all aspects of promotion, planning, and live support, creating a fresh and engaging format for showcasing expertise.
Webinar: Rapid Legionella Detection in Cooling Systems
To promote our validated method for rapid Legionella detection in cooling towers (aligned with extended VDI guidelines), I organized a scientific webinar in collaboration with the University of Munich. With 135 registrants and a 43% attendance rate, it became our top-performing webinar, enhancing both authority and visibility within the water industry.
World Water Day Social Media Campaign
For World Water Day, I created an organic campaign spotlighting our team's personal connection to water. Through a series of native-language video clips (subtitled in English), employees shared how they contribute to sustainable water use and innovation. The campaign achieved a 9% engagement rate — well above industry benchmarks — reflecting strong audience connection.

I conceptualized and edited the company’s first year-in-review magazine — a curated overview of launches, success stories, awards, and milestones. Designed as a branded communication piece for investors and partners, the magazine positioned the company as a credible and innovative voice in the water technology space.
